Sadly, Chris was too poorly to be presented with his MBE at an official ceremony, but instead was presented with it by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for Kent, The Lady Colgrain, at his home in Gillingham on the 16th February, with a small gathering of friends and family.
He died peacefully at home on Sunday 12th April.
